Streamwood honors vets in Memorial Day service

STREAMWOOD, Ill. (WLS) -- A northwest suburban city honors service members with a Memorial Day ceremony.

Friends, family and community leaders gathered in Streamwood for a service at the city's Veterans' Memorial.

A wreath-laying ceremony was held while taps was played and local veterans and military members were thanked for their service.
