Dave Moore, Streeterville doorman, accused of stealing $100K in jewelry from building resident

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The doorman at a high rise in Chicago's Streeterville community is accused of stealing more than $100,000 in jewelry from the building where he worked.

Dave Moore, 28, is charged with two felony counts of residential burglary. He worked the night shift at a building in the 500-block of North Lake Shore Drive.

Police say that on two occasions he used a spare key to enter a unit while the resident was at work and made off with jewelry.
