Suspicious package report near 79th, Western

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Police are investigating a suspicious package left near a CTA bus turnaround in the city's Gresham neighborhood, officials said.

Police said they were alerted to the package around 10:35 a.m. Thursday near 79th Street and Western Avenue, and have closed the area while bomb and arson crews investigate.
