FRESNO, Calif. -- A Telemundo news anchor was attacked right outside of a television news station -- and it was all caught on surveillance video.

Surveillance video shows a man approach Andres Herrera as he walks by an alley in downtown Bakersfield. Herrera says the man asked if he worked for the news, then started swinging.

Investigators say the suspect believes the media is part of a conspiracy and threatened to kill everyone.

He was arrested and booked on a misdemeanor battery charge. As for the news anchor, he suffered a bruise and some scratches under his right eye.,
