Woman sues Naperville Massage Envy Spa after alleged groping

NAPERVILLE, Ill. (WLS) -- A customer is suing Massage Envy Spa in Naperville after she was allegedly groped by an employee.

The filed complaint says that that when the 32-year-old woman went to Massage Envy for back pain, she was inappropriately touched on her chest by the male masseuse assigned to her.

After the incident, the complaint says she reported the groping to the police. The masseuse was charged with and then pled guilty to battery.

The woman is suing for monetary damages as well as attorney's fees and costs.
