MORTON GROVE, Ill. (WLS) -- After nearly a year of rebuilding, the Wright Way Animal Rescue held a grand reopening party Saturday morning in northwest suburban Morton Grove.

The no-kill shelter finds homes for 5,000 animals a year.

Last October, a school bus crashed into the shelter, which was located in Niles.

No employees or animals were hurt, but the building was declared unsafe and the shelter had to find a new location.
