Dogs don Hawaiian shirts at Paws Chicago party

CHICAGO (WLS) -- There was a party Thursday night where dogs weren't just welcome - they were the guests of honor.

It was all paws on deck Thursday at Castaways at North Avenue Beach, where Paws Chicago held its annual beach party.

Dogs were invited to put on their best Hawaiian shirts for an evening of mixing and mingling. Those who wanted a little something to remember the evening could pose for a caricature.

The money raised will benefit Paws Chicago.
