Help the Hinsdale Humane Society at Pet Walk

HINSDALE, Ill. (WLS) -- People and their pets are coming together on June 4, 2017 for the Hinsdale Humane Society's Pet Walk & Run fundraiser.

The family-friendly event is happening from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Katherine Legge Memorial Park in Hinsdale. Participants can enjoy a 5K run, petting zoo, pony rides and food provided by the Hinsdale Rotary Club. The money raised will support the Hinsdale Humane Society's mission to give every pet a good home and to care for homeless animals throughout the year.

ABC 7 Anchor Judy Hsu is the emcee for the pet walk. She talked with people with the Hinsdale Humane Society about all the fun.
