Better Government Association: Springfield legislative agenda

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The column for Monday's Chicago Sun-Times will lay out the Better Government Association legislative agenda for the spring session in Springfield - the good government bills we'd like to see passed to end pension abuse and conflicts of interest, reform elections, eliminate excessive and unnecessary taxing bodies, and increase transparency and accountability. This comes as the governor gets ready to deliver his "State of the State" address on Wednesday.
