CHICAGO (WLS) -- Election Day isn't until November 4, but early voting here in Illinois starts on Monday.

The Cook County Clerk says it's becoming more popular each year, and already 33,000 people have applied for a mail ballot.

There are some changes to early voting this year, including extending it by one day.
