Weekend watch: Lockbox Amendment

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The "Lockbox" Amendment puts all revenue raised from the state's motor fuel tax, tollway charges, and license and vehicle registration into a protected fund. This means that revenue can only be spent on the operation and maintenance of public roads, bridges, railways, airports and other transportation-related things. Jose Sanchez of the Better Government Association stops by ABC7 to weigh the pros and cons before voters make their decision on the amendment Nov. 8.
