ABC7 Holiday Toy Drive presented by IHOP: Stuff the Truck
The ABC7 Holiday Toy Drive presented by IHOP is in full swing!
Tuesday morning, our friends from the Marines joined ABC7 meteorologist Tracy Butler kick start the Toy Drive by asking people to stop by to "Stuff the Truck" with new, unwrapped toys.
We stopped by to help make and serve some pancakes and to make a contribution of our own through the Disney "Share the Joy" program - we went shopping for $5,000 worth of toys from the Disney store on Michigan Ave to help fill the truck.
You still have time to get involved and make a child's holiday dream come true - just drop off a new, unwrapped toy at any participating IHOP and go to ABC7 for all locations and information. And if you bring in a toy, IHOP will give you a $5 gift certificate to use in January!
