Abner Mikva to receive Presidential Medal of Freedom

WASHINGTON (WLS) -- President Obama will award legendary public servant Abner Mikva the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian honor in the country.

Mikva will be recognized for his long-time service as a five-term member of the House, federal judge and chief counsel to former President Bill Clinton.
