Chicago firefighters hold annual toy parade

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago firefighters don't just protect families, and on Saturday they were working to make sure all children have a happy holiday.

The firefighters Union Local 2 held its annual toy parade. They collected toys that will be passed on to Catholic charities, then distributed to kids across Chicago.

People lining the parade route donated even more toys.
