Volunteers are rehabbing a home for a paralyzed woman in Vernon Hills.

VERNON HILLS, Ill. (WLS) -- A massive volunteer effort to rehab a home in Vernon Hills to make it accessible for Tierney Darden, 24, who is paralyzed after a pedestrian shelter at O'Hare International Airport fell on her during a storm in August 2015.
