Random Acts of Kindness: The Wimodasis Club
CHICAGO -- Windy City LIVE loves its studio audience. WCL got a request from one very special group of ladies.
They call themselves the Wimodasis Club. That stands for wives, mothers, daughters and sisters. Most of them have been friends since first grade in 1933. They have been having monthly meetings since 1953, all in the name of friendship.
They wanted to attend a Windy City Live show - and how could we say no!
This group, who have spent 62 years as friends, traveling and going to events and plays, have one more surprise in store.
They told our producer that the next outing they want to go to is to see the musical "Gotta Dance." So our friends at Broadway in Chicago made it happen!
