'Toast to Charlie Trotter' fundraiser hosted by Chef Emeril Lagasse

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chef Emeril Lagasse hosted a 'Toast to Charlie Trotter' at Venue One on Wednesday night.

The event raised money for Trotter's culinary education foundation. Trotter died last year but his wife is carrying on his work to provide scholarships for aspiring chefs.
