Boulevard Lakefront Tour returns to Chicago

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Active Transportation Alliance is marking 30 years of advocating for better biking, walking and transit. To celebrate, the group brought back a much-loved event among bikers - the Boulevard Lakefront Tour.
