State Rep. Monique Davis calls on Little League to reconsider JRW decision

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Illinois State Rep. Monique Davis is calling on Little League International to reinstate Jackie Robinson West's national title.

Last week, the team was stripped of its national championship after Little League International determined there were players on the roster who lived outside the team's boundaries. Davis put her request in a resolution she introduced Thursday.

Davis says if anyone should be punished, it's the adults. Little League International has said its decision is final.
