Ransomware poses new computer security threat

Experts are warning about ransomware, a new virus that allows hackers to lock you out of your computer files and demand money to unlock them.

In the spring, the FBI stopped a huge ransom ware operation called CryptoLocker.

It used a network of hijacked computers to spread the virus.

But experts fear this new type of virus will become even more difficult to stop.
