CHICAGO (WLS) -- Four days after a fire was set an FAA facility in Aurora, Chicago flights continue to face delays and cancellations.

The Chicago Department of Aviation said O'Hare and Midway airports are running at about 80-percent without the FAA facility in Aurora. That facility will not be back back up to speed until the middle of October.

The man accused of causing the damage, Brian Howard, 36, of Naperville, is charged with destruction of aircraft facilities. He faces up to 20 years in prison.
