CHICAGO -- The CTA says normal service is resuming after significant delays through the morning rush due to debris that fell on a section of the Blue Line near Halsted.

Riders had to board all trains on the Forest Park-bound side at UIC Halsted, Clinton, and LaSallefrm the early morning hours until after noon.

The No. 7 Harrison, 8 Halsted, and 60 Blue Island buses were rerouted in the area as well for cleanup.
