CHICAGO -- Computer equipment worth thousands of dollars was stolen from Nicholson STEM Academy in Chicago's Englewood neighborhood.
The items stolen included more than 300 iPads and many laptops, worth more than $100,000, according to the Chicago Tribune.
Several people were seen entering the elementary school in the 6000-block of South Peoria Street around 12:30 a.m. Monday, police said.
The theft remains under investigation.
