Chicago weather: Lake Michigan beaches could see strong rip currents, 13-foot waves

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Dangerous conditions are expected over the next couple days on Chicago area beaches.

The National Weather Service says waves up to 13 feet are possible and strong rip currents are likely.

The dangerous conditions are expected to continue through Thursday morning.
