CHICAGO (WLS) -- The legal battle over ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft is headed back to a Chicago courtroom Monday.

Several taxi owners and drivers say the city isn't enforcing its own regulations. They claim the city is regulating taxis and ride-sharing services differently.

The lawsuit could affect the city's plan to add new charges on both taxis and ride-sharing services.
