Teen stabbed in back on West Side near Madison, Lavergne

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Police say a teen was stabbed in the back around 4 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Madison and Lavergne on Chicago's West Side.

Police said a 17-year-old boy was taken to Stroger Hospital. No information was immediately available on his condition.

The CTA said there was a disturbance on a westbound #20 Madison bus that continued onto the sidewalk.
