CHICAGO -- Eleven Chicago police officers were suspended for computer snooping.

During a routine audit, authorities found the officers improperly looked at police reports about the Dec. 19, 2014, robbery of a juvenile in the city's Ravenswood neighborhood.

On that same day, Mayor Rahm Emanuel's son was mugged in the area. But police are not saying whether that was the case in question.

Each officer received a one-day suspension and formal reprimand.
