CHICAGO (WLS) -- Ride-sharing services, such as Uber and Lyft, were slated to begin picking up people at Chicago's two airports on Wednesday.

However, ride-sharing officials and city officials said Tuesday that plans havebeen delayed because they are still working out details.

No new start date was announced.

Ride-share lanes have already been painted at O'Hare International Airport and Midway Airport.

An Uber spokesperson said they will not be having drivers go to the airport until the city gives the OK.
