10th annual Latino Music Festival underway

CHICAGO (WLS) -- What's old is new again for some young musicians from South America at the 10th annual Latino Music Festival.

On Sunday, the Recycled Instruments Orchestra of Cateura will close out the festival during its Midwest debut at the Merle Reskin Theater.

The group of 15 young musicians from Paraguay uses instruments created from recycled and reclaimed materials from their local landfill.
