VIDEO: It comes down to respect, Emanuel says

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Emanuel said it comes down to one thing: respect.

"They have asked me a question that has given me pause. Would the police ever treat me the way they treat them? And the simple answer is no. And that is wrong," Emanuel said. He said respect is a two-way street between police and those in the community.
