A bicyclist in Poland was thrown off his bike after he ignored train crossing signals and tried to cross a railroad track just as a high-speed train shot past.

The man survived with minor injuries.

The train may have been going as fast as 180 miles per hour.

Someone saw what happened and rushed over to help the man.
