Daily Herald: Dann Gire on "The Force Awakens"

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Dann Gire became the Daily Herald's film critic in 1978, soon after the first "Star Wars" was released. Today he writes for the newspaper's Sunday entertainment guide about how the new "The Force Awakens" film must seize upon the thematic appeal of the first trilogy to bring back those who were so disappointed in the second.
