FOX LAKE, Ill. (WLS) -- The village of Fox Lake will swear in two new police leaders on Tuesday, officials said.

Russell B. Laine, who has served as chief for three police departments and has nearly 40 years of law enforcement experience, will serve as the Fox Lake Police Department's interim chief of police.

Jimmy A. Lee, a former deputy chief for the Roselle Police Department who has been working with the Village on public safety matters for the last several months, will serve as the department's interim deputy chief.

Laine and Lee will be sworn in at Tuesday night's Village Board meeting, which will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the Fox Lake Village Hall.
