CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police are asking for the public's help locating Kalvin Howell, 13, who has been missing since January 23.
Police say Howell was last seen in the area of Lawrence and Avers and is known to hang around Albany Park in the area from Montrose to Lawrence and Kedzie to Pulaski.
Howell is described as a black Hispanic male, 5 ft. tall and 100 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black hat and a blue winter coat.
