Dance marathon raises money for sick children

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A dance marathon Saturday night raised money for sick children across the Chicago area.

Hundreds of dancers helped raise life-saving funds for young patients at Lurie Children's Hospital.

The dance marathon at the downtown Chicago Marriott lasted eight hours.

The annual event has raised nearly $2 million since 2010.
