Jackknifed semi jams traffic along I-94 in south suburbs

DOLTON, Ill. (WLS) -- Traffic is backing up along 1-94 in the south suburbs after a semi jackknifed Wednesday afternoon near Dolton.

The Illinois Department of Transportation said they were forced to shut down all northbound lanes near 154th Street because the semi was leaking fuel.

During rush hour, IDOT urged motorists to exit at 159th Street and seek alternate routes.
