Lake Shore Drive reopens after emergency repairs near 47th St

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The southbound lanes of Lake Shore Drive have reopened after city crews had to make emergency repairs in the right lanes near 47th Street.

The work caused delays during the Wednesday afternoon rush hour. As of 5:30 p.m., CDOT said traffic was flowing through the area normally.
