FBI releases photos in effort to solve child sex cases

The FBI is asking for the public's help in identifying more than a dozen people in connection with child sexual exploitation and child porn investigations.

The effort is part of "Operation Rescue Me," which uses clues from image analysis to identify potential suspects.

The FBI issued its latest alert on Wednesday morning, seeking a man they refer to as "John Doe 37."

Investigators say video of this man came to the attention of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in June of 2014. Data embedded in the videos indicate they were produced in April of 2012.

The FBI also says the movie "The Land Before Time" can be heard playing in the background.

"John Doe 37" is described as a white male with brown hair and dark-framed glasses.

If you have any information, you are asked to email RescueMe@ic.fbi.gov or contact your local FBI field office. In the Philadelphia area, that number is 215-418-4000.

Meanwhile, take a look at the above photos for more individuals being sought in various cases.
