City hires company to help make police force more diverse
The mayor and Superintendent Eddie Johnson say they're taking a big step to make sure the city's police department is more diverse.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Superintendent Eddie Johnson say they're taking a big step to make sure the city's police department is more diverse and they've hired a company to help make that happen.

Chicago Department of Human Resources Commissioner Soo Choi and Deborah Farmer of the Brown Farmer Media Group sat down with ABC7 to talk about making the Chicago Police Department more diverse.
