Chinese American Service League toasts new CEO at winter social

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago's Chinese American Service League gave a warm toast to its new CEO Paul Luu at the group's winter social.

The event was held at the Bridgeport Arts Center.

The CASL is the largest social service agency in the Midwest serving the needs of Chinese Americans.
