Cardinal Cupich visits patients at Lurie Children's Hospital on Christmas Eve

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Cardinal Blase Cupich spent Christmas Eve morning with some young patients at Lurie Children's Hospital.

The Cardinal visited with the children and their families who are spending the holiday in the hospital.

He said the children inspire him because they never stop loving despite their illness and suffering.

This is the cardinal's fifth time visiting patients on Christmas Eve.
