Chicago man injured in I-57 hit-and-run

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 22-year-old Chicago man was injured in a hit-and-run while walking on I-57 in Morgan Park early Saturday morning, Illinois State Police say.

Police say the received multiple calls about a body in the roadway on I-57 at 111th Street at approximately 2:30 a.m.. The Chicago Fire Department transported the man, with non-life threatening injuries to his arms and legs, to a nearby hospital for treatment.
