Young mother, special needs infant found safe in Chicago

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A young mother and her special needs baby are safe and at home after vanishing for more than a day.

Shelby Caine, 15, and her 3-month-old daughter Zoey disappeared from the West Side on Thursday, police said. The baby girl is on a heart monitor, oxygen and feeding tube.

Police say the two were found safe late Friday night.
