Man shot at Lake Villa bar charged in Wisconsin home invasion

KENOSHA, Wis. (WLS) -- A man hospitalized after being shot this week in far north suburban Lake Villa is now charged in a home invasion case in Wisconsin, police said.

Justin Deidrich, 23, was shot Tuesday morning near the PMO Club in Lake Villa.

The Kenosha County Sheriff's Department says Deidrich allegedly committed the home invasion and burglary before heading to Lake Villa.

Deidrich is charged in Lake County for felony obstruction of a peace officer and being a fugitive from justice. He is under police guard at a Libertyville, Ill. hospital.
