CHICAGO (WLS) -- A woman who claimed she was kidnapped near a CTA station and held for three days is now facing charges after police say she made a false report.

Veronica Fuentes claimed she was hit on the head and dragged into an abandoned building. Police say she has now admitted that story was not true. She's due in bond court today.

Because of the kidnapping claim, the Guardian Angels were out patrolling the CTA Pink Line Pulaski station and bus stop Thursday.
