Cyclist struck and killed by SUV

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Police a 53-year-old bicyclist was struck and killed by an SUV around midnight near Congress and Western.

The victim was taken to Stroger Hospital where he later died. Police are investigating the incident and say that while the driver may be cited, alcohol was not a factor.
