VIDEO: Dump truck hits tractor

A dump truck slammed into a small tractor in China.

In the video, which is disturbing, the tractor is making a left turn when the dump truck smashes into it. Debris is scattered across the road.

The tractor's driver was not seriously injured. He had only a broken hand and some bruises.

Police said the driver of the tractor was at fault.
