Triplets celebrate graduation together
Abigail, Caroline and Michael Graham are ending one phase of their lives and strike out on their own on three separate college campuses.

PALOS HEIGHTS, Ill. (WLS) -- The Graham triplets are celebrating yet another major milestone together, and all signs indicate they have many more in front of them.

"Bittersweet" was the word heard from several members of the Graham family as Abigail, Caroline and Michael end one phase of their lives and strike out on their own on three separate college campuses.

When students at Shepherd High School in Palos Heights tossed their caps in the air, three of them belonged to the Graham triplets.

"It was amazing especially being with them," Caroline said.

The Graham triplets are among the top ten students in their class. Abigail and Caroline are all-conference volleyball players. Their brother Mike is an all-conference swimmer.

"Amazing kids. So their mom did something right," their father said.

"I think they've pushed each other more than we've done for them, which has been kind of a blessing. We kind of took a back seat and let them drive their careers with high school," their mother said.

But now, the siblings are all off to different colleges.

"It didn't hit me that I wouldn't be going to school with them for the rest of my life," Abigail said.

"Honestly, I'm ready for it. I've had enough of them," Michael said.
