Thousands gather for Walk to End Alzheimer's

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Alzheimer's Association's Walk to End Alzheimer's is the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research. Chicago's walk was recently ranked in the top 5 of walks in the United States. More than 4,000 people are gathering at Montrose Harbor on September 24 to take part in 2017's Chicago Walk to End Alzheimer's. There are hundreds of walks just like it around the country. You can find a walk near you by visiting alz.org.
