Chance's aunt passed away over the weekend. He made the announcement in a tweet, calling his Aunt Kim a warrior.
She made a video earlier this year, talking about her struggle with inflammatory breast cancer which is different than other types of cancer.
Her cancer was stage 4 when it was found.
